Ferncroft Park Apartamentos

I have lived here at Ferncroft Park for 6 years. The Association is a joke. They don't do anything. They don't ask any opinions of their residents. They operate in total solitude. They have rules, but they don't enforce them. About a month ago, they cut all of our trees down in the back of the complex, (1) which increased our AC costs, (2) decreased our privacy and (3) decreased our property values. They did not ask anyone their opinions, and they did not tell anyone they were doing this.... They had a Board meeting within weeks of doing this and didn't tell anyone about the trees. Who is making these decisions? If you aren't over 60 years old here, your opinion doesn't matter.

In the unit above mine, when a woman with a home in Mahwah said she was moving in by herself, no action was taken against her when it was discovered it is not her living there alone. She lives in her home in Mahwah. She's got 3 men in their early-20s living there. Can you imagine moving here to start a family, and having someone lie to get their young family members to live here, while they go to school at Ramapo? They are loud. They are rude. They have no respect for my family or for our neighbors. They have a motorcycle which they rev at all hours (noise ordinance issue). They hang out in the parking lot, loitering and idling with their friends for 30 minutes, at times. They work on this motorcycle (against the association rules) hours a day. I would never recommend for anyone to move here ever. Lee mas
