Cigarette smell due to bad management
Our down stairs neighbor smokes in their apartment and the stench wafts into our apartment nearly daily. We informed management early on but nothing has been done to stop the violating tenant from smoking indoors. This also he common area we share. The smell is so bad that we wake up from it every now and then. Landlord reps seem to not care to uphold their lease and evict the tenant for violation and disturbing other tenants.
