I would not recommend this property to anyone. Had issues before I even moved in and should've taken that as a sign to avoid this place. The leasing office is very unorganized and it takes forever to get ahold of them. Pool and hot tub always had issues so were closed a lot of the time. Moving out was an even bigger headache. Save your time and sanity and stay somewhere else.

Cyan at Green Valley is a beautiful place to live in a quiet community with private amenities. We love to go on walks with our dog through the beautiful landscape under all the trees and my dog enjoys the dog park often.

Cyan is a great place to live the staff & managment are amazing... whatever issue the apartament had to be fix the maintenance always were there to fix things!

Office & maintenance staff at Cyan at Green Valley have always been very kind and helpful. The grounds are kept nicely too. It's a pleasant place to live.

I would never rent here again. Nor would I recommend the property to anyone at this time. The property manager Courtney flat out lied to us on several occasions. It's been months and we still have items unresolved from move in on June 7, 2024.
