This controlled-access community offers amenities including a clubhouse, pool, beauty salon, fitness facility, business center with internet, on-site laundry, and a dog park. All Nevada HAND communities have on-site Resident Services Coordinator who connect residents to the resources they need to live well, including community assistance programs, volunteer groups, and community activities, like potlucks, movie nights, special trips, and games. Monthly rents at Flamingo Pines start at $1,091 per month for a one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment and $1,297 for a two-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment. To qualify, applicants must earn a minimum monthly income of at least $2,455for a one-bedroom, one-bathroom unit and $2,919 for a two-bedroom, one-bathroom unit – income restrictions do apply. A one-person household must not exceed $55,100 gross annual income, and a two-person household must not exceed $63,000 gross annual income.
