These apartments use to be nice, but have gone completely downhill. They charge you for light fixtures around the apartment complex, they do not give notices, they now charge you for using the gym even though you do not use it, which no matter how many times you tell them that we are in a mask mandate in NEVADA and we have been for several months. They still have not fixed my heater, my fan, and when you schedule a maintenance request they show up when they like. They also are charging fees that... are not in your lease. Run far away and do not rent from this crappy place. Lee mas

Nice area of town, pretty quiet, amazing neighbors. That's the good. Now, the bad.

They tried to evict me before the end of my lease with a 30-day "No Cause" eviction. When I called the office to inquire further, I was told there is no reason for the eviction, but I'm more than welcome to come view a renovated model and sign a new lease for an additional $275 (plus pet fees) a month. They literally are kicking me out for the sole purpose of renovating my apartment to get more money. When I sent... them notice that I was refusing to honor their eviction notice, they didn't respond until AFTER I contacted the head office for Stout Management.

So, taking this into account, I guess this explains why they REFUSED to fix my washing machine a couple of months ago and it is STILL broken. My dishwasher doesn't work now either, but no sense in me complaining about that either. Or the massive cricket infestation. I'm just praying the water heater doesn't go out in the next two months. This is a 3 Bedroom 1200 approx square foot and we have 5 people living here. The kitchen is small and doesn't have an open floor plan that we like. The rooms are small and our upstairs neighbors stomp at all parts of the night. It would be nice to have a break.

Tierra Bella at Lone Mountain is perfect for anyone. With great location off the 215 in Las Vegas getting to where you need is a breeze. The neighborhood is quiet, the residents are nice and they allow large breed dogs. While the pool is small, the gym is open 24 hours and is equipped with a full weight set and multiple cardio and weight machines. The view is also great. No need to leave to see the fireworks on the strip, your balcony will do. 1,2,and 3 bedroom apartments are available with... private detached garages if that's your thing. Overall I'm happy we stumbled upon Tierra Bella and don't plan on leaving anytime soon. Lee mas
