Problem with Owner
Complex is nice but if unit is not move in ready when being shown, keep looking elsewhere. I trusted the owner on their word to fix things I saw that needed fixing and against my better judgement I signed
a lease. Stove needed to be replace because one burner didn't work and two burners worked on and off. Stove never got replaced. Couldn't take baths in either bathrooms because the stoppers were broke. Could only take showers. Owner was informed several times and pictures sent but the... problems were never fixed the whole year I lived there. The unit was shown when I gave notice to vacate while I was still on the lease with my permission. Not only were the above problems still not fixed, but the price of the unit was raised $100 for the next tenant. Again, if a manager or owner say they will fix whatever is wrong, Do Not sign a lease before hand and just keep looking elsewhere.

Isla apartments
these apartments are in a very nice and friendly area we have lakes just around the corner, you can fish or ride paddle boats around. There's a grocery store in walking distance and plenty of restaraunts to go out and eat.
