If you would like to pay for WiFi that you’re never going to get, look no further than the Mezzo apartments, with state of the art doors that do not lock and wonder staff that never ever ever answer your call. Even when you put an emergency maintenance order. From a not so proud renter here at Mezzo. it has been 4 days, no WiFi, I have left messages as a complaint, an emergency maintenance for my door that would not lock, and called and left voicemail and never ever did one get back to me. I... had to call and wait till one answered to explain what happened only for them to say it will be fixed and it still is not. Lee mas

The 2 ladies working the front desks there are nice but the manager is something else! In October, I fell behind with rent due to a cut hours working. Got a 7 day PoQ in November and applied for Chap assistance. I was approved, but theres been a 3 month wait to get a caseworker... and not until the will they pay the back rent. Management was made aware of this however they decided yo do me dirty n evicted me from my unit. They did not serve papers correctly but they won a default because I... wasn't at court because they NEVER notified me in person, NEVER posted on the unit n NEVER got anything via US MAIL.
later I find out I was notified via email! All BS. Was blindsided. Woke up one day with a 24-36 hr notice that I was getting locked out. Few days after being locked out I was denied entry to get my essentials (a violation) and was told U only have 1 day to get my stuff. When I returned a few weeks later to pack out the unit, I walk into an empty unit! 95% of my stuff was gone. No forced entry... the maintenance workers told me it was broken into 2 or 3 weeks ago but I was never notified (another violation) MEZZO PROPERTY MANAGEMENT will have to face my attorney and make this right! STAY FAR SWAY FROM THIS PLACE U LESS U WANT TO HAVE YOUR STUFF STOLEN! And to the Manager Marissa Edwards who denied me entry to get my Essentials and lied about my mail already sent back, U are a liar and a horrible person. Karma will have her way with you! My father's ashes were stolen on your watch and justice will be served. Lee mas

I've just moved into Mezzo Apartments and it's like I killed a lion with one shot. This location is absolutely perfect: it sits right in the heart of Las Vegas; you can get to school or shopping, entertainment, or UNLV within arm's reach, and the strip is included. Everything is so close—this is real convenience.

The apartment is brand new, beautifully kept, with ample space in the studios and one-bedroom apartments. Interior design is really chic, up to date, and very comfortable. The best... appliances make cooking really a delight.

Another great amenity of Mezzo Apartments is the pool area, where one can simply relax; even the landscaping is matured. It's a superb way to unwind after a long day. Also, the fitness center is well-equipped and conveniently located, encouraging a healthy lifestyle. Community spaces such as the clubhouse and the barbecue area are simply lovely for neighborly socializing and maybe even gathering.

The management and staff in Mezzo Apartments are walking, talking examples of friendliness, responsiveness, and willingness to help. They really go the extra miles for their residents in satisfaction and comfort. The atmosphere around here is really friendly and inclusive, so you're sure to feel at home.

In summary, Mezzo Apartments is a prime example of what exceptional living has to offer in regard to fabulous location, modern-day amenities, and excellent management. In my opinion, it is best suited for anyone seeking a comfortable, stylish, and easy way of living in Las Vegas. Lee mas

You feel safe since it's gated and they have their own security service that goes around and approaches people if they're causing problems. They have trees and plants which is always nice to have, and there are no bug problems. I'm thankful they don't have grass because this is a desert. Paying for utilities is easy since it's all handled using the very same portal. People at the front desk are helpful and particularly Summer is very proactive and solution-oriented. Amenities such as the pool... and the gym will pretty much never be available so it's best not to look forward to them. Many providers, including Cox, do not provide residential high-speed internet service here , so your only options are LVnet or Cox daily passes. Lee mas

Lets start with the fact that the management team lied and said that I can stay until July 10 without getting an eviction on my door. That was a lie. I woke up on the Friday before that and saw they already stuck one to my front door now they want $2440 even though my lease ended at the beginning of this month. Very very scummy. Lots of shootings. Lots of people stealing I’ve been robbed living in this neighborhood twice in a matter of a year police and security hanging around the complex, but... not dealing with any of the crimes being committed in or around the actual neighborhood.
