Milan Apartment Townhomes

I’m at the tail end of my second lease at Milan. Location is great, I’m 15 min from Mandalay Bay, 5 min from Southpoint

My biggest complaint is that most residents do not pick up after their dogs. Some still don’t leash their pets!!!! We get emails from the office, asking everyone to abide by the pet rules. It’s hardly enforced, and is a continuous issue.

I’m still waiting for some repair work to be done. Although nothing vital to my needs, but more of a nuisance. Light fixture,... washer setting, garbage disposal. The maintenance guy that was here last year, James, was more responsive than the current.

Not sure if I’ll renew, mainly because of increasing rent every lease. It’s gone up about $50 each lease. Now 50 isn’t a lot when you look at the pain of packing and moving. But it’s a big difference when you find similar quality apartment options for 2-300 less. It seems that the market is getting better, so rent is leveling off Lee mas

So far, so good! We recently just moved in and the leasing team was very helpful and knowledgeable. Salena has helped us with any questions we have had an any issues that have arose since moving in. The maintenance team has also taken care of a few items we needed fixed!

Absolutely love it so far I just recently moved in . It’s modern and beautiful. The scenery outside as well is gorgeous. The staff is also really great and super nice.

Everything is good so far. However we been getting a lot of dog poop by our house n by were we park our car. Other then that it’s been ok oh also it sucks the pool hasn’t been open that’s what my little family waiting for

Easy sign up for an apartment and nice facilities. Everything is well maintained and affordable. Nice convenient location for shopping and food.
