South Cove Apartments

I lived there for about 10 months and it was horrible. Mice all over the place, and roaches. The unit wasn't even cleaned when I moved in. It took forever for the water to get hot in the kitchen. Payed for wifi and half the time it didn't even work.Homless people were always hanging out in the parking lot, and stairwell. They say there is security but I never saw them anywhere but inside the office. When I moved out was given all kinds of random excuses of why I didn't get my security deposit... back, even though I left the apartment in better shape than when I moved in. Just don't do it. We rented the Place blind from California! this was the worst experience we ever had! Im on 1005 disability and they towed my Car from the handicap spot! The lowest Level Employees and no way that the Human S passes a background Check

Avoid the Place like the Plague

Just... No. Don't pay someone to bully you for living in shitty conditions. Anywhere is better than this hole. You deserve compassion, a clean living space, and a sense of security. Whether or not you get even one of the three at this property depends on the day. The manager lives on site and she acts like her only sense of control in life comes from bullying her tenants. I've seen how she speaks to people that live there long term and I've seen how she speaks to people she's never met before.... She's absolutely ugly, inside and out. I reiterate, you deserve much better, and this place does not deserve your business. They've lowered the price to trick you into thinking it's your best option, but i can assure you that you're much more likely to regret living here than you would paying an extra five dollars a week to live anywhere else.
