Gave us a move in date, put off cleaning until that day, then told us not to come back until the 1st of the next month leaving us homeless until she cared enough to have the apartment ready (kept the deposit too). Cameras everywhere and management will rudely remind you that they watch you for hours at a time. Don't plan on having family visit, management will scream in your face that families shouldn't live in the same home. Threaten eviction for taking an umbrella to the pool. Threaten... "immediate eviction" for having visitors. Eviction threats for having a second car.

So if you're a person with no friends or family, no cars, don't mind the roach infestation, and don't mind being watched 24/7 you'll be great. Lee mas

I was a manager there for 3 years and loved it!..
Rented to great people that are actually still living there!...:-) However, God had better plans for me i work with a great management company and growing with them!.

I love my apartment. I moved here in Dec 2014. It's called Tropicana Valley Garden Apartments, in Las Vegas Nevada. We have a big living room, 2 big bedrooms and kitchen. and the patio is to die for!! It goes all the way from living room to the bedroom. We put down green grass carpet and got some fake palm trees and a little table on it. It so nice. We put up a Bambo Privacy fence on our patio. We are right near the pool. It so nice , all the people are nice , and not noise and it just feels... like home. We had lived in extended stay places since I moved here in 2009 until we got this place, and believe me this feels like Heaven. We had no furniture, but close friends and some people gave us us some things so our place looks great!! We live across from the Library, the grocery store, the .99 cent store , and Wal mart. Great place for couple or older people too. Lee mas
