I love living here!! Quite and never any break-ins and always in time if anything needs fixed! The lady's in the office are awesome and always on point! They keep the grounds clean and neat and keep the"Wild" people at bay!!!

We lived in Bullhead City/Laughlin area a few years ago but had to leave for work. We spent years doing everything we could to get back because we love it here so much. We got very lucky in finding our apartment at Vista Creek because it is by far the best rental experience we have ever had. The views of the mountains and Casino Drive are unbeatable and I can't believe how little we pay in rent for the experience of seeing these sunsets every day! The apartments are clean and completely free... of bugs (sadly, a rarity). Neighbors are polite but generally mind their business (which I appreciate). I would recommend a third floor apartment for new tenants because having upstairs neighbors who don't consider the people underneath them is a headache, but that's still not enough to dissuade my opinion of the complex. The staff is professional and on point. The maintenance people feel like distant family and are phenomenal at what they do. I've never left a positive review for any place we've rented before, but without a doubt, Vista Creek is the BEST apartment option in the area! Our lease is almost up and we're considering taking an hour and a half daily commute to Vegas just so we can stay here (rather than moving to Vegas) - we love it that much! Lee mas

Vista Creek Property Managers have begun to send out notices discriminating against Marijuana users and threatening to evict them. First it was just a notice directed at Building 8 alone. They have since realized this discrimination and sent out another letter addressed to all residents. I’d like to mention now that the use of Marijuana is now legal in he state of Nevada and is supposed to be used inside the home and never in public. On top of them trying to evict people from their homes for... doing something that is now legal, there is no mention of cigarette smoke in these letters. Open discrimination against Marijuana smokers. I’ve done some research on the matter and in the state of Nevada property managers, at the moment, have the right to prohibit smoking on their property. If they do so it has to be any and all smoke not just the one that management doesn’t like. The first day we moved in here the apartment smelled of cigarettes. So my kids are just supposed to deal with people smoking inside their homes and breathing their second hand? What because it doesn’t smell as much? Vista Creek Apartment owners you are on the verge of having to ban everyone from smoking cigarettes on their porch. How much business will you lose when you evict all the cigarette and marijuana users? All this from a couple people complaining the halls smell like weed. Lee mas

This tiny community of three thousand people is called Paradise, and rightly so. It is a haven for Snow Birds and Sun Birds. The weather is very sunny and bright about 97% of the entire year. The Beautiful Colorado River is our front or backyard, depending on your direction. The water is always freezing, there is Sailing, Fishing, Jet Skiing, Riverboat Rides. The Best Chile and BBQ Cookout Contest. The Regatta is an annual Parade down the river of man made boat houses, rafts decorated with the... theme of year. We are three minutes from Bullhead City, Az. and twelve minutes from Fort Mohave, AZ. Vista Creek caters to Seniors and Family. We have schools, library, theaters, shopping center, outdoor arena for concerts and rodeos. The apartments are fabulous, a full size washer and dryer in each unit,. When I first came to Laughlin, NV I looked at several properties, and none of them satisfied me, nor did the staff that worked them. Then I came across Vista Creek Apartments, the staff was very nice, answered every question, and went over and beyond to accommodate me. Everything here is easy to get to, and is pretty quiet considering there are kids here. I couldn't be more impressed. The apartments have everything you need, and the bonus being washer and dryers included in each apartment... unit, that was the biggest selling point for me. Lee mas
