The Highlands Apartamentos

I have lived here for about 10 months and so far do not have any major complaints. The rent is very affordable and the apartments are a decent size. My room feels spacious, and I love how I have a bathroom attached as well. I do have to say all the amenities within the unit need to be updated. I submit a maintenance request every other week it feels like because there is always something broken or malfunctioning. They have even replaced a few items within our unit but they clearly have been... second hand items that still need repairs. This is very frustrating. That is why my experience is 4 stars. Lee mas

I don't live here yet but you guys have been very nice lol. Love the friendly staff and asking the perosns name when talking to them. I would say after signing my lease everytime I tried to call, nobody answered. I don't know of that's on purpose or not but I would fix that.

I’ve had a great time here and enjoy all the amenities. The location has a great view of Reno and a quick commute to downtown or UNR. I recommend

I love the style of living and the way all of the buildings are layed out. There is always parking and it is so convenient to have a bus stop that takes you right to UNR’s campus.

Quiet, complete, full of amenities, everything is accessible. Only real complaint is room space.

Overall wonderful experience, would renew again if applicable.
