The Atrium at Victorian Square

Since I have lived at The Atrium, they have always helped with maintenance issues and resolve them promptly. I enjoy seeing Sam at the office as she is always friendly, helpful, and willing to help resolve any apartment issues quickly. I appreciate everyone at The Atrium who plays a part to keep the property a welcome place to live!

New and clean, efficient, good outdoor lighting. The community room has taken some time to complete but there is a gym and it is quiet and convenient - can walk to bus terminal and some eateries, the movie theatre.

Look at the outside of the building. This place is gross.

For the extreme prices we’re paying, we expected much more than we’ve got. The apartment itself is beautiful. But the windows are filthy and covered in bird poop, unable to be cleaned yourself. The waterfall is the main attraction but hasn’t been on once. The fake plants aren’t even done being filled in, the gym has a broken treadmill already, the common areas are all consistently trashed and never cleaned. The “clubhouse” has flooded twice. Which we also all share the water, so we paid for the... floods :-) The garage is literally already falling apart, chunks of the ceiling just fall off. Completely unsafe. Wifi went out for two full days- completely unacceptable. They also demand repeated alarm testing which is absurd and uncalled for. Trash room is disgusting, there is never any maintenance done on the building, half of the amenities they boast are not here, the few calls i’ve made to the office they have been extremely rude, the list goes on. Children steal weights and break gym equipment, they don’t even care enough to spell correctly on any of the signs. This place has so much potential and it is so sad that they are letting it go down the drain. It is extremely expensive and I have had better service and amenities at half the cost. Lee mas

Don't live here. Wifi is frequently out. Common areas are unclean. Common area bathroom does not include a trashcan(seriously). Signs across the property are misspelled, staff is rude, effort put into this place is 0. Don't sign here, you'll regret it.
