Mikey and the office staff do not consider small maintenance jobs unimportant. I have lived here almost 4 years and my service requests have been met professionally and expeditiously. Anything from fixing a stubborn floor to changing a light bulb has been done well and cheerfully. CHEERS!

It was an absolute pleasure living here. I can’t speak volumes enough of everything the apartments have to offer. The units are well built and with a bright and inviting look and the balcony is so nice especially if you’re lucky to score one with the Marina view then it feels like your own paradise. As you can see the amenities it offers is the best I’ve seen compared to others. And the team are all warm and friendly. The environment itself along with its residents are genuinely nice. Thank you... for the opportunity to experience this special jewel on the Marina!

So the property is nice, however during the process to get the apartment the management team switched the 150$ deposit to an administrator fee after it had been paid and required more of a deposit. Again after it had been paid including the application fee.
They then waited until two days before the scheduled move in date, three weeks after the application to call my prior landlord who notified me since they had been expecting the call weeks prior. Requesting normal information however... requiring it in an email. However the property management team failed to properly take down his email and were unable to obtain the information they charged me 150$ with an administrative fee for.
They then proceeded to try and charge me an additional 300$ onto of the new deposit a day before the scheduled move in date due to their negligence.
They ended up nickle and diming my application process to the point I wasn't willing to see how else the management team would add fees once I was actually moved into the lease apartment sacrificing the 30,000$ due to how they handled the situation which could have been avoided had they used that 150$ adminis
If you choose the waterfront it is beautiful but beware they may grift every penny they can before you even can move in by not fufilling their half of the contract even if they charge a fee to actually do their job.

I feel like I am on vacation every day! The pool isn't quite done but progress every day! The views! The rooftop lounge area has an epic view! The management team who runs this complex are the nicest most attentive in the business! I've been here for two weeks and they've had all sorts of events! Pilates, circuit training, a chef from Tahoe for a food demo in the demo kitchen, food trucks, drawings, etc! I'm in love! The price seems a little high at first but you get so much! I highly recommend... this complex! And being right next to the marina means lovely walks around the water any time you want! It feels secure here with gaited access to all doors including the parking garage.
