Like I said I love my apartment. It is beautiful and clean. It is modern with the old charm. Hallways are open and airy with tasteful artwork. The street is quiet. The block is upscale. There is that beautiful park outside my door. Restaurants are near by. I took the bus from a block away to New York City one night and paid only 3 dollars The complete gentleman courteous manager speaks With such beautiful manners. I only have good things to say about this property. 5 Stars are definitely not... enough. Lee mas

The property was great, appliances were brand new, landlord even helped me out by furnishing the apartment to save me time with beautiful furniture, flatware, plates, everything. Whenever I called, he answered and addressed everything in a timely manner. When I move back to Albany I would definitely move back there if available!

Very beautiful location with upscale appliances. The manager is an absolute gentleman with great construction experience and a smile. He truly loves the property and is constantly fixing and upgrading. He also does his due diligence and background checks to make sure he gets good people as tenants. As a tenant I certainly appreciated it. I highly recommend the property and the very pleasant hard working manager. I highly recommend this one!

Came highly recommended to me by a friend. Nicely done, Great location, right by the park. Manager was very friendly and attentive. He was in the building often and always addressed my issues quickly. I did have an emergency once.. He has people on standby for emergencies, and handles all other issues himself. I really liked how different this building was compared to other ones. Much classier than the other options in the area! Dishwasher in the apartment, laundry in the building (only accepts... quarters so no refillable card). All in all, a great place to live. Lee mas

I don't agree at all with other reviewers! I stayed here and it was FINE! Big, clean, everything worked, strong heat and hot water. There was someone in the building that complained about everything so maybe the others are just him. Once the landlord came to replace a part of the stove because there was a recall and mine was actually fine. Except for that everything was perfect.
