Overall, great place to live

This apartment has been our home for 3.5 years. It is safe, relatively quiet, and has had a decent amount of renovations/updates. The exposed brick and updated kitchens are nice, management/super are easy to contact if need be, neighbors are nice and mostly quiet. There is a nice laundry facility in the building.The neighborhood itself is amazing, this apartment is in close proximity to public transportation and a beautiful park on the water, and there are great restaurants nearby. It would be... nice to have a balcony or shared courtyard of some sort, and I also wish they allowed pets, but it is great that the whole building is non-smoking. Overall, I would definitely recommend this building, it will be hard to find something better for the price.
