Brockport Landing

To begin with: Very rude leasing Mgr. Studios are run-down, moldy, mouse droppings under the sink, Fridge needs frequent Defrosting, and studios feel drafty at times. When you give leasing manager notice that you are leaving, she becomes very rude & stand offish. Promises you your security deposit back for leaving the apartment in prostine condition. However, finds a way to vindictavely overcharge you for utilities which leaves you a very small portion of your initial security deposit to be sent... to you. Do yourself a favor, stay clear from this apartment community & look elsewhere. . Does not appreciate their tenants. Lee mas

They texted me asking me to apply then told me they have no apartments available. The same day they update their listing showing 4 apartments available.

note: I have nothing against the local employees this is clearly an ownership issue. the local maintenance guys can't do much against a collapsing roof that the owner say is going to be replaced eventually.

I was told that my leaky windows and cracked Windows couldn't be replaced because at some point in the next 6 months or so they were going to replace all of them in the building which is not a timely enough response but I don't think the local people like the maintenance guy who I had no... problem with could do anything about it.

this led to bulging walls and black mold (as identified by a contractor)

the owners don't pay for the trash bins to be open or emptied often enough so it commonly overflows.

maintenance would come out quickly for issues but there's only so much they can do when it comes to a roof that's collapsed on the apartments above you other than put a trash can under it, they needed to have a contractor sent out there immediately to fix the issue but but I don't see the owners doing this.

I've talked with the other residents here some of them have rodents others have drain flies this place needs so many professionals to come in and fix its issues but for some reason the owners aren't doing it they only started replacing the roof when it started collapsing over certain apartments.

This was the perfect apartment. Affordable, in a prime location, and very quiet. Staff are great. Highly recommend!!

Lisa & Steve are awesome. Easiest move in process I've had. Place is nice.
