There are lots of things I love about this apartment on Morrison and Story; I mean, how many places have you lived where your transportation and places to eat were directly across the street from you in one direction, and 2 beautiful parks with lots of picnic areas and family/sports activities in the other? Aside from those great public amenities, the apartments are lovely. My 8th floor 3BD/2BR apartment is very spacious, with a great living room, kitchen, and very roomy balcony to boot. This... building is a great place for people who love access to where they need to go quickly, but want to be able to relax in a quiet yet vibrant atmosphere when they arrive home. Lee mas

Our apartment is wonderful! It is very convenient to the local grocery store, and also shopping districts. There are buses and trains, just downstairs, which also helps if your running late in the morning( don't have to walk a block or two to catch the bus or train). If you don't have a car, everything is within walking distance also. It has a large parking lot ( small fee ) and park for your kids to enjoy during the nice spring/summer days.
