The apartment physically is fine aside from the occasional roach. But that’s expected with an old building.

My issue is with the mailbox. I’ve had multiple packages stolen (along with plenty of other tenants that leave signs pleading for their packages to be returned) and management does NOTHING about it. There are cameras but when I call management, I’m told to simply have the mail carrier deliver it to my actual door. How can I guarantee that??? Do I know when the mail carrier will... arrive??? Should I sit at my window with bated breath waiting for the mail truck to arrive and then rush downstairs??? Of course not. How about you use your camera footage and see who is actually stealing the packages and evict them! My baby’s diapers and books and even a laptop was stolen from the mailbox.

Live here if you must but I’d suggest having your mail delivered elsewhere or just get a PO Box. Lee mas
