The Building is old and so are the floors in each unit (unless renovated). You are guaranteed to hear your upstairs neighbors every foot step, including flushing of their toilets. I am & so are multiple Tenants in the Building. If you're the unlucky one who lives under a family of 3 that also owes a cat / dog then you will get no rest at any time of day and night. The management is indifferent to complaints and you will end up regretting signing that Lease or the Sales Agreement within 3 days... of living there. My advise, look and invest elsewhere. Lee mas
