My apartment needs work. A few years ago management put in new windows. In the winter it is very cold, the wind comes through.the window, the heat is insufficient to heat the apartment. I spend money on plastic and duct tape trying to keep out the wind. The paint keep peeling off the walls. In the summer, it is very hot in the apartment. The walls were supposed to be pointed, whatever they did it was to no avail. The worse is the invasion of mice. In all the years I have been living there,... this has to be the worse. I am trying to get my apartment painted. I do not want management to paint it, because they send in these painters, who just slap some cheap paint on, and does not do a good job, glass and sockets are painted. Asking for repairs is a joke. My lease is up for renewal and to add insult to injury, I received a letter asking me to let them know if I intend to move, they will help me with moving costs. Lee mas
