The building is very clean, secured, quiet, and at a safe/reliable location. It’s a Co-op but my unit is a rental. Things I dislike about the building is the rent price, elevators, mold in bathroom , lazy super and the mice/roach infestation. The elevators are slow, shakes sometimes and could stop working occasionally . I’ve been living here for a while and only had mice/roach issues less than a few times a year which is normal in NYC but now recently it has been frequent. Especially the baby... roaches and the big ones they invade my kitchen EVERY NIGHT to the point that I stop coming to my kitchen before 9.pm . There’s always mold in the bathroom , even when they remove it comes back. The superintendent doesn’t do jack crap all he does is hangout outside all day and socialize with the residents. He’s lazy Im having a hard time understanding why they’re even talking to him. Even the custodians and the security do their jobs. I’m not sure if it’s just my unit with the infestation but it’s getting out of hand. High rent just to avoid my kitchen before 9 is ridiculous. Landlord needs to hire good exterminators replace the super and fix the elevators. Lee mas
