The Clermont Armory Apartamentos

I live in a renovated armory that was once home to the 23rd Regiment of the National Guard. Our apartment is a spacious, well-designed three bedroom with a balcony (and closets!). The Clermont Armory sits squarely in historic Ft. Greene on a tree-lined block that is a mere stone's throw from Ft. Greene Park, where residents are treated to concerts on summer evenings, the farmer's market every Saturday morning, and, inspired silliness on Halloween. It's a short walk to Myrtle Avenue, where... shopping and a variety of restaurants abound. The Armory is filled with a brilliant mix of singles, couples, and families with young children. Pets are welcome. We couldn't ask for a friendlier or more helpful concierge and staff. The well-attended holiday potluck in the lobby each year brings everyone together for an afternoon of catching up, children's games, great food and good cheer. It's a fabulous place to live! Lee mas
