Best in Buffalo

I’ve been to a ton of houses /apartments/ townhouses in buffalo and Aspen Heights is by far the best in the area. Their spacious units, countless amenities, and unrivaled management really make living at aspen a great experience.

Meh

The facilities are nice but it’s so far from everything. You literally have to get on a highway to get to the nearest target. The only place that’s convenient is North Campus. 20 minute drive to South Campus. Don’t recommend.

For our resident's convenience, we do offer a private shuttle... to North Campus as well as a market shuttle to Target and Wegmans on the weekend. We also now offer nightlife shuttles to downtown and South Campus on Friday/Saturday nights. Amazing place to live

Living at Aspen Heights Buffalo has been an amazing experience! The apartments are not only spacious and modern but also incredibly clean and well-maintained. The management team does an excellent job of keeping the entire property spotless, from the shared spaces to the outdoor areas. The amenities, like the fitness center and communal spaces, are always tidy and ready to use, making it a comfortable and enjoyable place to live. I love how close it is to the University at Buffalo and local... hotspots, which makes getting around super convenient. Plus, the staff is always friendly and responsive, ensuring any issues are taken care of quickly. If you’re looking for a clean, safe, and convenient place to live, Aspen Heights Buffalo is definitely the place to be!

Best apartment in new york

Additionally, the private shuttle service to campus and nearby shopping areas is a great perk.
