I arrived to pick up my key and I did not receive a room fob or the correct keys to the unit and everything I request to not have in my room I received such as cats, that I am allergic too. Received another room on another day and had to wait a couple hours. When I entered it was not clean had broken door nobs and broken microwave and disgustingly dirty oven, and room nor bathroom was clean.
The worst experience I have ever had
