Super thin walls and floors (when viewing the apartment, try and stand quiet for a minute and listen for tvs or neighbors talking). The forced heat uses your water tank and can take literally up to a half hour to heat up enough to turn on. The water pressure on upper floors is VERY low, test it if you're looking at an upper apartment. The lighting in the parking lot is very good for safety at night, but the lights shine up and right into the bedrooms so you'll want blackout curtains. They don't... plow the parking lot until the storm is completely over and then a bunch of guys come pounding on doors telling people to move their cars with no heads-up, so especially wouldn't recommend for essential workers or those with mobility issues. Try and find a current resident when looking around and ask them how they like it. A lot of people stand outside and complain together about the issues that the complex ignores.

Not the worst place to live on the face of the earth, but I wouldn't recommend it, especially for the high price they charge. Lee mas
