Tocco Villaggio Apartments

I lived in this apartment community for three years, and overall it was a good experience with a few notable drawbacks. The rent is definitely on the expensive side, but to be fair, the size of the 2 bed/2 bath unit made it feel worth it—especially the huge closet, which was one of my favorite features. Being on the third floor also meant it was usually very quiet. Most of our neighbors were older and nice although we did get one noise complaint from the only party we ever had.

Before moving... out, we were really nervous about getting our security deposit back because of the long, strict checklist they give you and the reviews online. Professionally cleaning carpets is crazy and that was never happening. But we put in a lot of time and effort following every requirement, and we did get most of our deposit back.

The property’s exterior is maintained very well, but the inside could use more attention. At one point, the elevator was broken for almost two weeks, which was really frustrating living on the third floor. The laundry situation is another downside—the bill-to-quarter machine in our building almost never worked, so we had to walk to another building just to get change. For how expensive the place is, laundry should really be included or at least more convenient.

Management is also very particular about balcony rules. We once had a small cooler on the balcony and received a written warning to remove it. They also made us take down our string lights because they’re only allowed during holidays, which felt a bit over-the-top.

The parking situation could be better as well. The lines in the lot are so faded that it’s hard to park correctly at night, and at one point my car was scratched by one of the elderly residents. She did leave a note with her information, which I appreciated, but the whole situation could’ve been avoided if the parking lines were properly maintained.

Overall, the apartment itself was great in terms of size and layout, and the community was quiet and friendly. I want to note I never felt unsafe and my packages had no issues in mailroom if I got home late. But for the price, I expected fewer hassles and more consistency in maintenance and amenities Lee mas

I have been living in this apartment complex for the past year and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The staff are so helpful. They are always available to answer any questions or concerns that I have. The apartments themselves are amazing! They are spacious, well-kept, and clean. I truly feel at home here. The amenities are also fantastic! The gym has everything I need for my workouts. The location is also perfect! It's in a quiet area and yet it's close to shopping centers, restaurants... , and entertainment venues. I love that the complex is situated in such a convenient location.

this place was great. unfortunately i had to move but i can't recommend this complex enough. anytime i needed help maintenance was quick and the office was so friendly. i wish i didnt have to leave.

Absolutely love it here! Great community, great neighbors.

The elevator is finicky in the bldg. they know it and nothing is done about it. Can be left with cart of groceries and require taking stairs.
Had a tub issue , put in order in October took to January before repair.
Dishwasher blown by the repair person , office doesn’t know what time frame of repair or replacement will occur.
I was told their focusing in on turn overing an apartment than servicing those they already have
