I’ve found it difficult to get issues in my apartment resolved. While there are some positive aspects, the process of addressing maintenance concerns has been frustrating and time-consuming. In my personal experience, the super Paul rarely responds to requests, and when he does, it feels like pulling teeth to get things resolved.

In my opinion, Paul may either be overwhelmed, uninterested in helping, or simply doing the bare minimum. Regardless of the reason, it’s disappointing for residents... who expect timely and effective assistance.

Since moving into the building, I’ve seen a significant number of roaches. While exterminators come frequently, whatever methods they’re using don’t seem to work. I’ve personally experienced roaches appearing while I’m cooking, which I find incredibly disgusting and discouraging. I often avoid cooking because of this issue, and I believe it needs to be addressed with better solutions.

While the building has made some nice upgrades to the exterior and lobby areas, it feels irrelevant when you’re dealing with issues like roaches or problems in your apartment that take forever to get resolved. At the end of the day, it’s the living conditions inside that truly matter, and these ongoing problems should be prioritized. Lee mas
