Very clean, well maintained apartment complex. Friendly and reliable maintenance staff.

The living environment here is lively. Many activities throughout each month, friendly neighbors, convenient location for school, coffee, theaters, pharmacy etc.

Being my first experience living in this environment I find it easy to be here. Maintainence issues are done on a timely basis and done properly. The building is always clean and lit properly for safety. The staff is always courteous and takes time to have a conversation. I have no complaints.

Unfortunately I must post this review to make other prospective renters aware of the noise being created by Rumble Boxing. It radiates into the building and is a constant annoyance from early early morning and through out the day. The solution management has offered is to break the lease early or move at my expense to a different end of the building. Other tenants have expressed the same issue to management. If you’re going to consider renting here make sure your apartment choice is no where... near Rumble Boxing. Lee mas
