Poor Management
Best Brother's Development is a group that I would personally stay away from. I rented a unit from them with a verbal commitment that they would finish the outdoor patio in the spring, which was never done because they got behind on their second unit. One could argue that it a was a foolish decision on my part, but they seemed like good people in the beginning. They tell you that the place is pet friendly and then limit you to a roughly 300 square foot patch of grass for all of the units to... use for their dogs. Lots of other green space, but you cannot use that for your pets. Management responds to about half of the inquiries. For the price point in the southtowns, there are far better places to rent. A personal opinion, but I would consider this place "renter beware".
