Twin Oaks Apartments

These apartments was nice years ago when they first opened up but declined over the years. It I'd infested with mice and the exterminator comes to property bi-weekly. It doesn't matter how clean you are if you have nasty people living amongst you. I don't recommend these apartments!

The previous person that review these apartments is delusional or blind. I've been living in these apartments since it opened 5 1/2 years ago. It was nice when they first opened up but declined over the years. The TV in community room was stolen and replaced with smaller tv. There used to be a small tv in gym with cleansing wipes to wipe down equipment but that tv was stolen & tv stand removed. The machines in laundry are never working properly and sometimes you lose money on card. Good luck... with trying to get your money back from Management. The bathroom is never supplied with paper towels, soap and toilet paper in 7 Manor but always equipped in 21 Manor. Someone had stolen the toilet paper holder and carts several years ago in 7 Manor. I take my laundry across the street because there's more machines and laundry attendant available if there's a problem. The community room used to be opened 24 hours but Management only keep it opened during business hours due to past incidents. I saw a condom wrapper in basement and heard about people having sex down there. There are storage lockers located in basement for an additional fee. The landscaping is nice and courtyard is beautiful. It's a shame that the inside of buildings are not maintained. The floors are dirty, carpets not vacuumed/shampooed, filthy trash compactor rooms and mice infesting the building. This place is slums! Lee mas

I my say my apartment building has 99 units and is affordable housing unit. Which is great for a person like myself who is in my early 20's and I don't make much. Just enough to pay rent, keep the lights on, and a pack of hamburger meat in the freezer. Lol. However, I am a commuting college student with a full time job. So living here makes life a look and feel optimistic. There's a small gym, a community room equipped with computers and cable, and onsite laundry. There are more than enough... parking spaces which is great and parking is free. When you enter into the gates you greeted with a beautiful Garden view and enormous tree that looks as if it was drawn by Mother Nature herself. It's directly in the middle and there are benches where people can sit and enjoy the view. The building is well mantinced and very clean. I love living here but I can't wait to one day own my own home. Lee mas

This is the perfect place to start over. It is beautiful and clean with a huge tree that stand between the two buildings. A few of the one bedrooms are small but have a balcony over looking the flowered courtyard. People say they can't believe it is in this neighborhood. This nice quiet affordable complex is a diamond in the hood.
