Not worth the price
I live at Eagle Rock and the bottom line is, each building needs to be completely remodeled. The remodeling they perform, is minimal. They work over current damage instead of completely remodeling the entire apartment. My kitchen, and bathroom were “remodeled” before I moved in, however, the doors and doorways are old so it looks really disgusting alllll around the doors. There are large cracks where the floor meets the wall, they replaced the windows last year but not the window sill...so there... are large cracks and part of the window sills are detached. Bugs get in through the window sills and the front door patio. The wood floors need to be replaced and the stairs are really bad. They won’t replace the stairs. Most of them are wobbly. Summer of 2020, a tenant’s stairs collapsed.
They’re slowly making changes but I think a remodeling done PROPERLY is what they need. It would avoid so many problems and save money.
