Thank you so much Emma for helping with the leasing process. She was super nice and answered all our questions even when me and my roommate were kinda confused-this being our first apartment! leasing was really easy and not stressful at all. The apartments look amazing, fancy kitchens, fireplaces, and even a washer and dryer. The balconies have awesome views and it’s so cool to be one of the first people living here, can’t wait to move in!

Coming in as a transfer student I was worried I wouldn’t find affordable housing close to campus. Everyone I spoke to on the phone was so helpful, and was able to find a space for me in a brand new apartment complex The Summit, that was just in my price range. Not only is the summit perfect in location, the pictures of the bathrooms, furnishings, and even the lighting fixtures are breathtaking! This apartment just made my move so much easier, and I am truly amazed how well this worked out.

Just signed a lease with Summit for fall 2026. The staff was extremely responsive, supportive, and helpful with the process addressing all questions since the property is under construction.

Location is steps from Cornell and they are designing with the student in mind - highlighting important elements like adjustable desks, lots of lighting, study areas, and bike storage - all things important for busy college students.

I just signed my lease at The Summit, and I couldn’t be happier! The location is perfect just steps away from campus buildings and right next to 7/11, which is always open and super convenient. Even though the building is still under construction, I felt confident signing because I was shown detailed floorplans and layouts that gave me a clear picture of what’s coming.
