The super has always been very helpful. Please keep in mind this is a very old building so its not exactly a luxury apartment. I've lived in one of the studio's here for the past 3 years and it has been pretty good. Neighbors are very nice. Its usually quiet at night so you dont really have to worry about noisy neighbors doing all night parties if your worried about that. There are no elevators so keep that in mind if your looking at an apt on one of the higher floors. I live in the second floor... so it has been tolerable for the most part. Be warned, Mail man wont walk to my floor to deliver packages so be ready for cat and mouse games when waiting for packages. There are plenty of places that deliver nearby and the laundry room in the building is also ok. There is a nice little park in the back for you to take your dogs to if you have one. Rent is going up but then again in this city im sure thats nothing new. Lee mas
