Indian Ridge Luxury Apartments

I’ve been at Indian Ridge since 2019 and I couldn’t ask for a better experience. Management and staff are amazing, kind, courteous and prompt.
Recently I had a 3 am emergency and when I called maintenance in the middle of the night someone came to help within minutes.
The grounds are beautifully maintained and you never have to worry about the snow and ice in winter because they take care of it so efficiently.
My apartment is gorgeous with a great view, quiet and friendly neighbors. Lots of... young professionals so I feel like I fit right in.
Just up the street from Wegmans and minutes from downtown. Can’t beat the convenience!
If you are new to the area or just looking to relocate, Indian Ridge is the best spot in the Binghamton area.

Where should I begin? There's no in-unit laundry, and the communal machines are always broken. The front office is useless, and maintenance will wake you up on the weekends, even if they aren't working on your unit. The grey apartments are incredibly noisy, so if you value your sanity, move anywhere but there. Units are Hot in the summer and Cold in the winter. I don't think I've ever lived in a more poorly built building in my life. It sounds like they used construction paper and cardboard to... separate units. So glad I moved out and back into somewhere normal. Lee mas

New mngt co.----horrible. Office workers admitted they didn't know what they were doing. Had to pay security "to hold apt" but nothing was ever signed by them. Wasn't allowed to see it, they could not give me info, they never signed rental agreement or lease---couldn't even describe apartment (i.e., dimensions, floor plan, etc.). When we finally got dimensions and told them bedroooms were too small and it wasn't was we wanted--they said I only had 3 days after the application was signed. ... They stiffed me out of $1250---DO NOT RENT THERE---ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! I wouldn't give them one star. Am turning it over to attorney. Lee mas

A lot of maintenance staff and it always feels like they are watching you. Day 1 of move in - we were taking trash out and were stopped by man who identified himself as security for the complex. Said we couldn’t put our trash there since we didn’t live there.. office said there was no security and it was just maintenance. For the rest of the time living there I was scared to take my trash out! Okay apartment itself for price though, just have to deal with them.

We live in the newer units that have an open floor plan. Appliances may be older, but what makes living here great is the maintenance staff. Any problem we've had was immediately fixed and they're proactive about checking things & replacing appliances. Initially it was really humid in our place and they got us a dehumidifier for free within a week. The back is steps away from a forested area and we are on the ground floor, so we get the occasional bug, but I've sealed gaps myself around the... doors and it cut the carpenter ants, etc way down.
