Fairview Gardens Apartamentos

The pluses: good location,it’s generally quiet, fairly well run.
Repairs are generally,but not always, done and completed in a timely manner.
Snow removal is good.
The negatives: you are required to buy renters insurance if you live here. The rent, of late, has been rising fast, to the point of being too much for what you get. These are strictly average, not luxurious apartments. The appliances are old and trouble prone.
Worst of all: The costly and inefficient electric heat. You’ll pay... dearly to keep this place warm and comfortable. Lee mas

Some Staffs are rude and not helpful. There are defects in the interior finish.

Great location in uptown Kingston. Staff is courteous and extremely helpful. Only complaint that I have is the walls are very thin and maintenance can be difficult to deal with.
