230 East 30th Street

This is a great first apartment out of college in NYC. It's in an area that's heavily populated with people in their young 20's and there are great restaurants around. There is always easy access to public transportation (subways are .3 miles at most). The apartment itself is extremely tight for 2 people so I would suggest making sure you are friends with your roommate if you choose the 2 bdrm (you share a wall). There's unfortunately no dishwasher and the living room area is VERY small it's... connected to the kitchen. It is an elevator building (15 floors) but no doorman.Both rooms can fit a queen but again, it's tight. Overall, great starting apartment. Lee mas
