In need of help
This apartment has the potential to be fantastic. It is in a lovely family friendly neighborhood on the upper east side. It is close to tons of good restaurants, movies theaters, Gracie Square Parks and the picturesque East River Promenade. The park hosts many free events including movies , jazz concerts, the Gracie Square Art Show and a Halloween costume contest for dogs! It's a wonderful neighborhood.
The apartment itself needs some help. It's bright and sunny, has a really good layout but... the closet space is scarce, water pressure weak, walls bumpy but my biggest compliant is that everytime you make even toast....the smoke alarm goes off.
There is always a trade off.
