Greenhouse Apartments

My Parents (Sr.'s in their 70's) moved out Oct 29, 2016. Up until that date their rent was on time every month except one in January last year when the government mistakenly took a extra $700 out of their monthly check for insurance. Right away Liz was notified and said no problem they would wait. The monies were returned to them and the late fee was dismissed by Liz due to the circumstances. They had developed a great relationship during the 6 yr stay. After not receiving their 2 month... security deposit after a month and a half, they called to see what the hold up was. Liz had told them she was putting in a rush on the payment. They had been told right after moving that the rug in the walking area between the Liv and dinning room was stained. 2-3 month prior they were told by JR (maintenance) that they were replacing them due to them being very old. Measurements were taken, but they were never replaced. When they moved they were told they were being replaced too. My son cleaned them twice after them moved, but reported that maintenance was painting before the walk thru. They were never granted a walk thru after instead told it wasn't necessary. Then they were told they had 60 days to return the check, but lost their address 3 times. Liz retired before issuing the check. The check was received the week of 2/8/17 minus one month rent and $50 for replacing a rug that was due to be replaced and a stain in the walking area between the kitchen and dinning area (normal walkway area) that was cleaned. The commercial carpet used to even replace one room would not total $1420.00. They are crooks taking advantage of seniors Lee mas

My wife and myself reside here at Greenhouse Apartments. Our apartment is quite comfortable for the 2 of us. Not to roomy. Quite cozy but not so small that we can not move around comfortably. The price is quite competitive in comparison to other similar residences. We have a nice patio and deck outside of the living room which provides for a fantastic view of nature and highways. It is quite serene and beautiful. The dimensional space of our apartment provides for our beautiful furniture in all... rooms comfortably. We have suite inclusive of bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, living-room and dining-room with ample closet space in the bedroom and hallway. What is really nice about our residence is that it resides in a really quite environment considering many of our other tenants. People are respectful for each other :) Lee mas
