High Pointe Senior Apartments 55+

I couldn’t be happier with the staff and the upkeep of the building. It’s a blessing wi be around those that really have a level of concern.

A year and a half ago, I moved into a freshly painted apartment with new flooring and carpet as well as new appliances. During this timeframe, there were few very minor maintenance issues handled quickly and effectively by Shannon, Sol and Bernard. Grounds are well-maintained and beautiful. Also, roads, parking areas and sidewalks are kept clear and safe during winter weather, an impressive task in itself. Laundry, fitness and mailboxes are conveniently located. I wanted to take a minute, and give a review for the manger of this property. Everyday I see her going above and beyond for every tenant here. She's always in great spirits, even when dealing with some of the more challenging tenants, and situations. She obviously does much more than her job title requires. She takes the time to not only know, and keep up with everyone on a personal level. But genuinely takes the time to make sure everyone is safe, and taken care of. She is an amazing hard... working woman, in a what seems to be thankless (for the most part) job. We thank you for all you do Shannon..

Quiet , clean, peaceful , friendly. Just an awesome place to call home. Atmosphere that makes you feel at home. What an awesome way to start a new beginning. Feel truly blessed. High Point is really a high point in my life. Thanks to all how made me feel right at home in my new apartment.

I moved in in July. While my apartment is smaller than I thought, it's actually the perfect size for me. The building and grounds are well kept. I can see the woods from my windows and often sit and watch the deer come out to feed. It's quiet and I've met a few of my neighbors. The office is right downstairs and the staff is friendly and very helpful. There is a community room and an exercise room. The laundry is a few steps from my apartment and is clean and well maintained. I really... love it here! Thanks! Lee mas
