Ontario Village Apartments - Deluxe 2 Bedroom, 1 & 2 bath , Furnished Apartment Options

We stayed here for a short 1 month. From the time we moved in to the day we moved out, Sue, Kenzi, Floyd and Mark, were just amazing to work with.

The move in/out were fluid and smooth.

Everytime we called for anything, Floyd and Mark came within the same day to make things right. Floyd even came after hours one time.

The place is quiet and so are our neighbors. The location is just perfect, close to the I-81 ramp and I-12, 30 minutes to Alex Bay, 15 minutes to Clayton and Chaumont. 2... minutes to Watertown downtown.

You cannot go wrong with this place.

I rented a furnished apartment for 2 months here recently. From the day I moved in until the day I left I had an excellent experience. The apartment had been recently updated, and had everything we needed in the apartment. We enjoyed the decor, it felt like home. In fact, I think that some of the pictures on the website were from the apartment we rented. The staff there was very friendly, and the dealings we had with them went very well. I stayed for 9 months in the furnished apartments which I found to be a blessing. Everything was clean and up to date, very comfortable and well maintained. The maintenance staff responded quickly and were very pleasant. The girl in the office was on top of everything and couldn’t be nicer, she went over everything with me and left me with no questions. Living in Watertown in the winter months was new to me because of the cold and the snow but the staff was totally on top of snow removal and... I never had a problem. Staff is excellent. They work tons of overtime to ensure work orders are done even when it's something simple. They go out of their way on weekends putting their family time aside to go fix something they could have pushed of u til the following business day. They fix things to what they are given a budget for you can't give a human being $10 and expect a mansion. That being said I have nothing bad to say about maintenance or the girl in the office. Everyone has a bad day so I'm sorry to hear if... maybe you caught one of them on that day. I would recommend others to live here. You don't have to take care of anything including changing a light bulb and to me the rent is within reason. Also these guys are up and to work at 6am if it snows a significant amount to ensure you can get out. Lee mas

I really dont know where to begin with this place. Let's just say that their standard isn't giving customers perfection. Their standard is "ok". When my wife and I moved in, and the maintenance men did our walk through. They annotated and said to us that the carpet was in "ok" condition. We took that for face value and decided not to push the issue further and were paying for that mistake now. They're making us pay for carpets they, no more than 6 months ago, claimed to be in "ok" condition.... When we moved in we noticed that a wire shelf in the master bedrooms closet was broken, we annotated on the move in sheet, yet looked exactly the same after they said they fixed it. The maintenance guys were nice, I liked them better than the lady up front, but they need someone to quality assure their work and inspections because "ok" doesnt cut it. When we moved in the apartment was clean from what we could see (minus the cockroaches in the ovens setting view port). But when we started cleaning cabinets and specifically under the sink they were GROSS. Absolutely gross, after 2 hours of cleaning just the kitchen we were regretting our move. Later in the the summer my wife started to notice tons of bugs all over the bedroom. .The price for the apartments I would say is high for the standard (if at all the have one) that they keep. If "ok" is good enough for you then they apartments will be ok. Lee mas
