My family and I just moved here from the Bronx and I regret not moving up here before! If you are looking for peace, great environment and being welcomed by great neighbors, then Crestwood Lake Apartments is your place. The ladies in the leasing office have been very helpful throughout the whole process and made sure everyone was on the same page. I give this complex a 100 out of 10; they really exceeded my expectancy.

When my husband and I first moved into this property, we were enamored by its spacious apartments and what seemed like a promising living environment, especially considering the price. Fast forward four years, and the decline has been palpable.

Let's talk about the heating system they decided to change. Now, our once cozy apartments feel perpetually cold, and the management's solution? Discouraging us from using the oven to warm up, as if we're expected to freeze in silence or run up the... electricity bill to stay warm.

Then there's the infestation issue. Rats and roaches have become unwelcome roommates, thanks to poorly sealed radiators and pipes. When maintenance finally made an appearance, they were astounded by the visible gaps, admitting we're probably hosting the basement's roaches.

Since the heat reduction, mice have become regular visitors. Despite promises of bi-monthly exterminations, we're mysteriously absent from their list every time. And good luck trying to get management's attention. The office is either empty or conveniently closed without notice. Work orders go unanswered unless you're there in person, demanding attention.

After-hours calls redirect to a distant office, where assistance is a distant dream. It's a disappointing spiral, leaving us questioning whether Crestwood even cares about its tenants anymore. For the rent we pay, this place should be at the top of its game, not scraping the bottom.

Consider your options carefully. Living here might just be a decision you'll deeply regret. Lee mas

Crestwood is peaceful clean quiet and full of imd people. Especially Kurt he works on the property and treated me with kindness and love. I deeply recommend Crestwood to everyone.the whole staff is so kind
