Fleetwood Park Cooperative Apartamentos

Lived here as a sublet for exactly one year. I was so happy when I first moved in. My landlord was awesome, neighbors were friendly, the women in the management office were nice, the grounds were always clean. After several months, I started getting brown water in my bathtub. I had previously worked in property management, so I had experience in dealing with co-op issues. I contacted my landlord, who was more than accommodating, and we tried to resolve the problem with management. ... Unfortunately, the issue could not be resolved. I contacted plumbers, the water department, City Hall, anyone I could think of. In my previous experience, and the plumber's recommendation, the only solution was to flush the hot water riser. By this time, there was a new guy working in the management office who was a jerk. He insisted that risers could not be flushed, despite the plumber saying so, despite the fact that I had witnessed risers being flushed in front of me before. My only option was to run my tub faucet for 4+ hours every night until the water cleared up, so that I could shower. After over three months of this, I then took my campaign to Twitter, hoping to get the local news to help resolve the issue.

Well, I guess I caused enough "trouble" with me wanting clear water to shower in, that the Board decided not to renew my lease, and in fact their attorney attempted to give me three weeks notice to vacate. I know that the law states a tenant must have 30 days' minimum notice to vacate, so I wrote back and advised I would need that in order to leave. Glad that I left. This place would be great to live in if not for the know-it-all attitudes of some. Lee mas

I've been living on this apartment for around three years and I'm impressed on how efficient is the management! When snows, same day they take a good care removing the snow. Great landscaping, easy comute, clean, efficient, quiet and safe. All I wanted to call this place home.

Great management. Clean place to live. Very safe and conveniently located. As far as individual apartments go, my apartment is super clean and never had any bugs.

People who buy a stock entitked to a unit neglects their bathroom, damages your lower unit ceiling, windowsill, takes 3 weeks for manager to inspect, then lies in a certified letter, when you seek sevices from politicians, Manager never shows up n time promised, retaliates by having upper and lower shareholders play music loudly until 2am, sets you up for fights with other residents, view google reviews and search "behind tge scenes at fleetwood park" google .
The place is a haven for criminals... with Up to 25 cops seeking felons and pedophiles. Busted two having intercourse in one laundry room, another was nearly raoed at 766 with imposing an arrest, the perp violated that order of protection, No uniforms on maintenance men, no name tags, Leaving service doors propped open so criminal gain access, Damaged park cars, This is home to pedophiles, thieves, schizos, sociopaths, ental disorders, multiple religions that hate each other, Cops that respond accost you for calling for aid and assistance. If I could give this negative stars, I would. Disgusting, dirty. Never.cleaned. cockroaches so big and rampant, I could ride them to work. Been here 1 year and seen the hallways cleaned once. Do yourself the favor, STEER CLEAR
