The apartment is monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. A $200 penalty applies for removing smoke detectors. No smoking, parties, or weapons are allowed, and violations will result in police involvement and immediate termination of the contract. No outside guests are permitted without permission. One towel is provided per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. Long-term guests (30 days or more) will be subject to a background search and credit check. A minimum age requirement of 22 years old applies for the primary person booking, except for students or interns.
