Building has recently upgraded the kitchens with cabinets, over the stove microwave and dishwasher. Also new fixtures in kitchen and bathroom, as well as cabinets in the bathroom. But nothing done to the dirty hall carpets, substandard community and craft rooms. Laundry room has poorly operational and outdated appliances and it needs a good cleaning and floor replaced. New materials and furniture needed to compliment the lackluster foyer. Walls need remodeling. Building has lived past its... prime! Lee mas
