Great location, well mangaged

This is in a nice location near UC and Hospitals, management very engaged and active in keeping area clean and inside bug free.

Great location , clean, secure and private

Located very central to UC, hospitals, highway and sits up on hill for privacy. New management doing a good job with weekly cleaning and bimonthly pest treatments.

Not good.

Too expensive, (still) bug infested, and really bad management. There are so many great apartments/landlords in Cincinnati.. do not waste your time at queen city condominiums.

Queen City Condominiums

This place is managed by the worst people ever who don't respond to maintenance requests, but, they would charge you a fine if you do not pay the rent on time. This place is infested by bugs and roaches and you would have to pay for the bug treatment once you move in to the bug infested place. They would make up stuff to keep your security deposit and never return it. Do not stay here if you are looking for a decent place to stay!
