The apartments are nice enough for what we get but no in unit laundry is very annoying, I have noisy neighbors which also doesn't help. The recent pest control situation is honestly quite infuriating; I've been told they'd be here on several occasions and never once have I seen them? Furthermore, why is it I have to let them in? I have severe asthma and pesticides are a very big trigger for that, why should I be required to put myself at risk? But aside from all of that, the staff is lovely,... genuinely I feel like they care and listen when I speak; They do whats best for this place overall as well I feel, the new pavement and the dog park are the two biggest examples, though I'd love to see a park by the front sign, maybe even some better lighting in the sign so I can see it when I'm coming home at night. I love the community the maintenance responds quick and they are very communicative. The manager is very sweet and very helpful on a lot of things the neighbors are nice one helped me move a few things in so I really love where I’m at.

The community is nice and quiet and nobody ever bothers me. The neighbors are all very friendly. I really enjoy living here. Not sure what else to say.

First of all the management team here at Renew 3902 are absolutely amazing from the property manager to the fix it team they are friendly, caring, and respond and get the job done quick and efficiently. I love my apartment it is clean and most of all pest free! The grounds are well kept and beautifully manicured. Renew 3902 is a great place to call home.

Love our apartment! There are a few little issues, but it’s a cozy space, great neighbors, and professional staff in the leasing office. The dog park is awesome, and we love walking around the complex…the trees all around make it feel like you’re almost in the countryside.
