Fantastic apartment in a Tudor style home. Close to shopping, downtown, hiking trails, and other amenities. Apartments have a full kitchen and bath as well as access to communal outdoor spaces and assigned off street parking. All utilities included... except for electric. No units allow for pets. Current properties available starting the first week of August.

All applications are done in person, please call to set up tours or request further information.

An off-campus dorm

Landlord has a lot of rules, which I understand is necessary for a college town, but many are extreme to the point that it infringes on the tenant's enjoyment of the apartment. Apartments aren't separately metered, so electric is split among all tenants.

Rules and regulations are outlined in the lease at 1537 South Water St. Tenant found all to be acceptable (not extreme) upon taking possession.

Sharing the cost of electric (the only utility not provided) is also outlined in the lease agreement... upon taking possession.

If rules and sharing electric cost hinder tenants enjoyment one should rent only those apartments having no rules and get utility service metered in the tenants own name.
