Traymore Apartamentos

I am leaving after 4 yrs of a lazy landlord. She didn't put in the contract that she will only do minimal work to the building and the apartments. When I first moved here, I was told to that the building was historical and the city would not let them replace the LEAD PAINTED windows, which was a LIE. I found out later. It took 1 yr for me to get a new stove and had I kept using it, the building would have caught fire. When I finally got the new stove the flooring was melted and the wood... floor was black. I live in a city where the winters are sometime pretty bad and I paid for a garage spot behind the building, sorry to say I got stuck too many times because she would not snowplow, or put salt down. This apartment was convenient for me to get to work, only 8 mins. away. I tried but this is just sad. I am glad I found a nicer place to move to. Lee mas
