Mason Oaks Townhomes

I would NOT recommend living here unless you are financially prepared to be overcharged, especially during move-out. I lived at this property for 3 years and was charged for minor items such as a TV mount, dusty baseboards, and appliance cleaning. These are items I believe fall under normal wear and tear for a long-term resident, yet the charges felt excessive and unfair. Rent is very HIGH, especially considering the lack of amenities NO park for the kids, gym, dog area or ANYTHING . The... move-out experience was disappointing. Management, specifically Cindy, did not appear to act in the best interest of a departing tenant. From my experience, there was a noticeable difference in how situations were handled depending on whether a tenant was transferring to another unit versus moving out entirely. When i transferred from one unit to the other unit with the exact same TV mounted on my wall i wasn’t charged, but moving out completely i was charged! During the move-out process, I was even asked if I had items I no longer wanted, and I gave my balcony furniture to Cindy. Despite this, I was still heavily charged upon move-out. Lee mas

This is poorly constructed and the management is horrible. It takes a long time to get things fixed and has plumbing problems. The builder (John Henry Homes) literally cut every corner they could.

My husband and I toured Mason Oaks and were blown away! The unit we looked at was brand new with amazing upgrades and the largest living space we have found. You definitely get what you pay for and we cannot wait to get our keys and move in!
